Nepal Breakfast - Dhanyabad! Thank You!
On Sunday 31st May 2015 we held a community breakfast at the Kawakawa Bay Community Hall to raise funds for Nepal. The breakfast was a great success with 80 locals attending and $1,029.40 raised. This whole amount (as all expenses are being absorbed by the church) will be sent to two Christian Pastors, one in the capital Kathmandu, and the other in a remote mountain village in the Himalayas which was near the epicentre. They will purchase and distribute urgently needed food and other essentials determined by these two representatives.

We have purchased and installed a Koru statue into our Remembrance garden to commemorate reaching the 10th Anniversary of the garden in November 2014. Anyone wishing to purchase a plaque to go in the garden can leave a message on 2922241.
